Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 6 slices of White Bread
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 215g UHT Liquid Milk
  • 20g Margarine
  • 120g Innova Paste Hazelnut
  • 30g Fresh Dairy Cream
  • Cocoa Powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the UHT milk until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with Innova hazelnut paste, then top with another slice of bread like a sandwich. Repeat until all the bread is used up.
  3. Dip the sandwich bread into the egg and milk mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
  4. Heat margarine in a flat skillet over low-medium heat.
  5. Toast the dipped bread until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
  6. Whisk the fresh dairy cream until slightly thickened (soft).
  7. Serve the French toast on a plate, topped with fresh cream.
  8. Sift cocoa powder over the surface for a finishing touch.
