Ingredients:
- 6 slices of White Bread
- 1 Whole Egg
- 215g UHT Liquid Milk
- 20g Margarine
- 120g Innova Paste Hazelnut
- 30g Fresh Dairy Cream
- Cocoa Powder to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the UHT milk until well combined. Set aside.
- Spread each slice of bread with Innova hazelnut paste, then top with another slice of bread like a sandwich. Repeat until all the bread is used up.
- Dip the sandwich bread into the egg and milk mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
- Heat margarine in a flat skillet over low-medium heat.
- Toast the dipped bread until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
- Whisk the fresh dairy cream until slightly thickened (soft).
- Serve the French toast on a plate, topped with fresh cream.
- Sift cocoa powder over the surface for a finishing touch.
