- 250gr Innova Mungbean Paste
- Food coloring, as needed
Coating:
- 6 g agar-agar powder
- 300 ml water
Instructions
- Prepare Innova Mungbean Paste.
- Divide the paste into portions according to the desired colors.
- Add gel food coloring little by little and knead until evenly mixed.
- Shape the mung bean paste into the desired designs.
- Insert a wooden skewer into each piece.
- (Optional) Dip the shaped paste into warm agar glaze, then drain and let set.
