Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 150 g ripe bananas (mashed) 
  • 35 g brown sugar 
  • 35 g granulated sugar 
  • 3 g vanilla essence 
  • 1 g salt 
  • 15 g vegetable oil 
  • 50 g butter, melted 
  • 1 egg 
  • 110 g medium-protein flour 
  • 10 g milk powder 
  • 3 g baking powder 
  • 3 g baking soda 
  • 5 g cinnamon powder 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F). Prepare a loaf pan and grease it with butter. 
  2. Mash the bananas, then mix with brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined. 
  3. Add the egg, vanilla, salt, vegetable oil, and melted butter. Mix until smooth. 
  4. Sift in the dry ingredients: flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder. Gently fold until the batter is homogeneous. 
  5. Pour ½ of the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface. 
  6. Add Croner Peanut Butter and sprinkle Innova Diced Peanuts evenly in the center. 
  7. Cover with the remaining batter. 
  8. Bake for 45–55 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool, then remove from the pan.
