- 1 sheet Unclely Puff Pastry
- Banana (preferable pisang raja) as needed
Filling:
- Innova Paste as needed
Topping:
- Egg (for egg wash)
- Innova Choco Rice as needed
Instructions
- Peel the bananas, then fry until cooked and slightly golden brown. Remove and drain.
- Slice the banana lengthwise (do not cut all the way through), then fill the center with Innova Chocolate Paste.
- Roll out the Unclely puff pastry, then cut into long strips as needed.
- Wrap the puff pastry around the banana, covering part or all of the surface.
- Brush the surface with egg wash to achieve a glossy, golden brown finish.
- Sprinkle Innova Chocolate Rice on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for ±20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- The chocolate banana puff pastry rolls are ready to be served warm.
