Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 8 g Innova Cake Emulsifier
  3. 70 g granulated sugar
  4. 30 g medium-protein flour (all-purpose flour)
  5. 20 g milk powder
  6. 2 g vanilla essence
  7. 60 g melted margarine
  8. Innova Choco Rice as needed
  9. Mandarin oranges as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine the eggs, cake emulsifier, sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl (all-in method). Beat for approximately 3–5 minutes until the batter becomes thick, fluffy, and stiff.
  2. Add the previously melted margarine and mix until well combined.
  3. Prepare one baking pan (26 cm diameter, 4 cm height) lined with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
  5. Spread buttercream over the cake, then add mandarin oranges on top.
  6. Carefully roll up the cake.
  7. After rolling, spread more buttercream on the outside, then sprinkle with Innova Choco Rice.
  8. Add mandarin oranges on top as garnish.
