Choco Mandarin Orange Swiss Roll

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 8 g Innova Cake Emulsifier
- 70 g granulated sugar
- 30 g medium-protein flour (all-purpose flour)
- 20 g milk powder
- 2 g vanilla essence
- 60 g melted margarine
- Innova Choco Rice as needed
- Mandarin oranges as needed
Instructions
- Combine the eggs, cake emulsifier, sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl (all-in method). Beat for approximately 3–5 minutes until the batter becomes thick, fluffy, and stiff.
- Add the previously melted margarine and mix until well combined.
- Prepare one baking pan (26 cm diameter, 4 cm height) lined with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
- Spread buttercream over the cake, then add mandarin oranges on top.
- Carefully roll up the cake.
- After rolling, spread more buttercream on the outside, then sprinkle with Innova Choco Rice.
- Add mandarin oranges on top as garnish.
