Dough Ingredients:
- 250gr Chockely Premium Compound
- 40gr Butter
- 300gr Kataifi / Kunafa
- 150gr Innova Dip Glaze Matcha/Tiramisu
- 50gr Chockely White Compound
- Choco Art coloring as needed
Instructions
How to make:
- Melt butter in a Teflon pan, then add kataifi. Cook over medium heat until dry and browned, then add Innova Dipglaze Matcha or Tiramisu and stir until well blended.
- Prepare a chocolate mold, melt enough Chockely white compound, add oil-based food coloring, then create a pattern on the base. Let it dry.
- Prepare the chocolate shell. Melt Chockely dark compound, pour into the chocolate mold until full, then pour Chockely back into the chocolate container. Let it harden.
- Fill with kataifi mixed with Innova Dipglaze, then pour Chockely Premium Compound back over the surface of the mold.
- Chill the Dubai chocolate until hardened. Ready to serve.
