How to make:
  1. Melt butter in a Teflon pan, then add kataifi. Cook over medium heat until dry and browned, then add Innova Dipglaze Matcha or Tiramisu and stir until well blended.
  2. Prepare a chocolate mold, melt enough Chockely white compound, add oil-based food coloring, then create a pattern on the base. Let it dry.
  3. Prepare the chocolate shell. Melt Chockely dark compound, pour into the chocolate mold until full, then pour Chockely back into the chocolate container. Let it harden.
  4. Fill with kataifi mixed with Innova Dipglaze, then pour Chockely Premium Compound back over the surface of the mold.
  5. Chill the Dubai chocolate until hardened. Ready to serve.
