Ingredients
- 400 g UHT milk
- 160 g dairy cream
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 100 g Chockely Premium
Instructions
- Pour the UHT milk, dairy cream, cocoa powder, and sugar into a saucepan. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and no lumps remain.
- Heat the mixture over low heat while stirring gently until it starts to steam — do not let it boil.
- Add small pieces of Chockely Premium into the warm mixture. Continue stirring until the chocolate melts completely and the texture becomes smooth and slightly thick.
- Taste and adjust the flavor. Add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk; if it’s too thin, let it simmer gently while stirring until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Pour the hot chocolate milk into a serving cup, and top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for an indulgent finishing touch.
