Ingredients
Starter (Yeast Mixture):
- 5 g instant yeast
- 5 g granulated sugar
- 50 g warm water
Dough Ingredients:
- 100 g whole eggs
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 3 g salt
- 1 g vanilla powder
- 250 g medium-protein flour
- 100 g coconut milk
- 100 g water
- 30 g sweetened condensed milk (white)
- 70 g aromatic margarine (melted)
Instructions
- Prepare the starter: Combine instant yeast, sugar, and warm water in a small bowl. Stir well and let it sit for 10–15 minutes until foamy.
- Make the batter: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes slightly frothy.
- Add salt, vanilla powder, and the prepared starter mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Gradually sift in the flour while mixing slowly until the batter is smooth.
- Pour in coconut milk, water, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Add melted aromatic margarine, stir again until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Cover the batter and let it rest for 30–45 minutes until it rises and becomes bubbly.
- Cooking: Heat a pukis mold (or similar mold pan) and lightly grease with margarine or oil.
- Pour the batter into each mold cavity until nearly full.
- Add your preferred toppings — Innova Choco Rice, Innova Diced Peanut, or Carrezza Dip Glaze.
- Cover the mold and cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the surface is dry and the cake is fully cooked.
- Remove from the mold and serve warm with additional Carrezza Dip Glaze for dipping if desired.
