Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method.
  2. Prepare the praline mold, then pour the melted chocolate into the mold.
  3. Let it sit briefly, then pour the excess chocolate back into the bowl.
  4. Smooth the remaining chocolate in the mold, then place it in the chiller.
  5. Once the chocolate shell has hardened, fill it with Innova Choco Crunchy and level it evenly.
  6. Pour the remaining compound chocolate into the mold, then smooth the surface.
  7. Store in the chiller until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
  8. Tap the chocolate mold on the table until all pralines release from the mold.
  9. Ready to serve.
