- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method.
- Prepare the praline mold, then pour the melted chocolate into the mold.
- Let it sit briefly, then pour the excess chocolate back into the bowl.
- Smooth the remaining chocolate in the mold, then place it in the chiller.
- Once the chocolate shell has hardened, fill it with Innova Choco Crunchy and level it evenly.
- Pour the remaining compound chocolate into the mold, then smooth the surface.
- Store in the chiller until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
- Tap the chocolate mold on the table until all pralines release from the mold.
- Ready to serve.
