Instructions
How to Make:
- Combine glutinous rice flour, powdered sugar, and mashed steamed potatoes in a large bowl.
- Gradually add coconut milk, water, and red food coloring, kneading until smooth and elastic.
- Finally, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and knead again until the dough is smooth, soft, and doesn't stick to your hands.
- Weigh out 20 grams of dough, fill with the Innova mung bean filling, shape into balls, and shape using an Angku cookie cutter.
- Remove from the mold, line the base with banana leaves, and steam until cooked through.
