  • 50g Powdered Sugar
  • 100g Steamed Potatoes
  • 85g Coconut Milk
  • 65g Water
  • 6g Red Food Coloring
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

How to Make:
  1. Combine glutinous rice flour, powdered sugar, and mashed steamed potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add coconut milk, water, and red food coloring, kneading until smooth and elastic.
  3. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and knead again until the dough is smooth, soft, and doesn't stick to your hands.
  4. Weigh out 20 grams of dough, fill with the Innova mung bean filling, shape into balls, and shape using an Angku cookie cutter.
  5. Remove from the mold, line the base with banana leaves, and steam until cooked through.
