Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 250 g ground beef
- ½ onion, roughly chopped
Meat Seasoning:
- 2 g salt
- Flavor enhancer, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Ground nutmeg, to taste
- Dried rosemary, to taste
Peanut Sauce:
- Garlic, chopped (to taste)
- 150 g Croner Peanut Butter
- 25 g sesame roast sauce
- ½ tsp light soy sauce
- 100 g hot water (for diluting the sauce)
Other:
- Cooking oil, as needed (for sautéing)
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs
Combine ground beef with all meat seasoning ingredients until evenly mixed. Shape into small meatballs and set aside. - Sauté the Onion
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft and fragrant. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Peanut Sauce
In the same pan, add garlic, peanut butter, sesame roast sauce, and light soy sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring until well combined. - Combine with Onion
Add the sautéed onion to the peanut sauce and mix well. - Dilute the Sauce
Gradually add hot water while stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and thick. - Cook the Meatballs
Sauté the meatballs in a separate pan until evenly browned and fully cooked. - Finishing
Add the cooked meatballs into the peanut sauce. Gently stir until all meatballs are evenly coated. - Serve
Cook until the sauce reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat and serve warm.
