Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 200 grams Low-Protein Flour
- 165 grams Granulated Sugar
- 125ml Soda Water
- 1 teaspoon SP Innova Supersoft
- 2 grams Vanilla Essence
- Food Coloring as Needed
Instructions
Steamed Sponge Cake Batter:
- Mix the eggs, dry ingredients, and soda water in a bowl, then mix for 7 minutes.
- Once the batter has risen, add SP Innova supersoft, then mix again for 5 minutes. After that, add vanilla essence and stir with a spatula.
- Set aside some of the batter and add a little food coloring.
- Once the batter is ready in a triangular plastic bag, pour the batter into ¾ of the steamed sponge cake mold lined with cake cases, then steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove the steamed sponge cake from the steamer, and it is ready to serve.
