Ingredients
Batter Ingredients:
- 135 g Chockely Premium
- 105 g medium-protein all-purpose flour
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 95 g margarine
- 25 g cocoa powder
Topping Ingredients:
- 50 gr Innova Kacang Cacah
- 50 gr Innova Choco Chips
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate mixture
Melt Chockely Premium and margarine using a double boiler until fully melted and combined. Let it cool slightly. - Whisk the wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and powdered sugar until dissolved and slightly fluffy. (A hand whisk is enough; no mixer needed.) - Combine the melted chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg–sugar mixture. Stir until well combined. - Add the dry ingredients
Sift and add the flour and cocoa powder gradually. Fold gently using a spatula until just combined—avoid overmixing. - Pour into the baking pan
Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased with margarine. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the surface. - Add the toppings
Sprinkle Innova crushed peanuts and Innova chocolate chips evenly over the batter. - Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 30–35 minutes or until fully baked (baking time may vary by oven). - Cool and slice
Let the brownies cool completely before slicing along the lines for clean cuts.
