Ingredients

Batter Ingredients:
  • 135 g Chockely Premium
  • 105 g medium-protein all-purpose flour
  • 130 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 95 g margarine
  • 25 g cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate mixture
    Melt Chockely Premium and margarine using a double boiler until fully melted and combined. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Whisk the wet ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and powdered sugar until dissolved and slightly fluffy. (A hand whisk is enough; no mixer needed.)
  3. Combine the melted chocolate
    Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg–sugar mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients
    Sift and add the flour and cocoa powder gradually. Fold gently using a spatula until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour into the baking pan
    Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased with margarine. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the surface.
  6. Add the toppings
    Sprinkle Innova crushed peanuts and Innova chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 30–35 minutes or until fully baked (baking time may vary by oven).
  8. Cool and slice
    Let the brownies cool completely before slicing along the lines for clean cuts.
