Ingredients

Dough Ingredients:
  • Crackers *as needed
  • 500gr Cream Cheese
  • 200gr Non Dairy Whipped Cream
  • 60gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 150gr Liquid Milk *for crackers
Choc Ganache + Rice Crispy:
Topping:
  • Chopped Crackers

Instructions

Cream Cheese:
  • Beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  • Beat the non-dairy whipping cream until stiff.
  • Combine the two ingredients above, mix well, and set aside.
Chocolate Ganache:
  • Heat the dairy cream by steaming until it reaches ±80°C.
  • Add the chopped Chockely premium chocolate and stir gently until the chocolate melts and is evenly combined.
  • Add the butter and stir well.
  • Add the rice crispies and stir well.
Crackers:
  • Soak the crackers in liquid milk, remove and set aside.
Finishing:
  • Arrange 3 crackers then spread the cream cheese mixture to taste, place 3 crackers on top then spread the chocolate ganache mixture evenly, sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
