Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- Crackers *as needed
- 500gr Cream Cheese
- 200gr Non Dairy Whipped Cream
- 60gr Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 150gr Liquid Milk *for crackers
Choc Ganache + Rice Crispy:
- 100gr Chockely Premium
- 100gr Dairy Cream
- 10gr Butter
- 20gr Rice Crispy
Topping:
- Chopped Crackers
Instructions
Cream Cheese:
- Beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
- Beat the non-dairy whipping cream until stiff.
- Combine the two ingredients above, mix well, and set aside.
Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat the dairy cream by steaming until it reaches ±80°C.
- Add the chopped Chockely premium chocolate and stir gently until the chocolate melts and is evenly combined.
- Add the butter and stir well.
- Add the rice crispies and stir well.
Crackers:
- Soak the crackers in liquid milk, remove and set aside.
Finishing:
- Arrange 3 crackers then spread the cream cheese mixture to taste, place 3 crackers on top then spread the chocolate ganache mixture evenly, sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
