Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- 250 grams Medium Protein Flour
- 30 grams Granulated Sugar
- 4 grams Yeast
- 190 grams Water
- 20 grams Margarine
- 4 grams Salt
- 15 grams EKL
Topping Ingredients:
- 200 grams Innova Chocolate Pasta
- 50 grams Chocolate Chips
- 50 grams Almonds
- 50 grams Marshmallows
- 1 Banana
Instructions
Pizza Dough:
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and water until half smooth.
- Add margarine, salt, and EKL, then mix again until the dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 pieces and shape them into balls for finishing the pizza with toppings.
- Add chocolate pasta, then spread it evenly.
- Then sprinkle with sliced almonds and chocohips.
- Bake the pizza in an oven at 230°C top heat and 170°C bottom heat for 10 minutes.
- Add marshmallows in the last 3 minutes, then continue baking.
- After baking, add banana slices, then cut the pizza into 8 pieces.
- The pizza is ready to serve.
