Dough Ingredients:
  • 250 grams Medium Protein Flour
  • 30 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 4 grams Yeast
  • 190 grams Water
  • 20 grams Margarine
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 15 grams EKL

Instructions

Pizza Dough:
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and water until half smooth.
  2. Add margarine, salt, and EKL, then mix again until the dough is smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  4. After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 pieces and shape them into balls for finishing the pizza with toppings.
  5. Add chocolate pasta, then spread it evenly.
  6. Then sprinkle with sliced almonds and chocohips.
  7. Bake the pizza in an oven at 230°C top heat and 170°C bottom heat for 10 minutes.
  8. Add marshmallows in the last 3 minutes, then continue baking.
  9. After baking, add banana slices, then cut the pizza into 8 pieces.
  10. The pizza is ready to serve.
