1. Preparation
- Remove the Unclely Puff Pastry from the freezer and let it thaw for approximately 10–15 minutes until pliable.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
2. Shaping
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles. Then, cut out the center of half of the pastry pieces to create a frame.
- Mix the egg yolk with a small amount of water or milk, then brush the surface of the pastry with the egg wash.
- Place the cut-out pastry frame on top of the whole pastry piece to create a double layer.
- Spread Innova Paste in the center of the pastry.
3. Baking
- Arrange the pastries on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 18–25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
