Ingredients
Scone Dough Ingredients:
- 250 grams Low-Protein Flour
- 20 grams Cocoa Powder
- 50 grams Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 75 grams Cold Butter
- 100 grams UHT Liquid Milk
- 40 grams Chocolate Chips
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Instructions
Scone dough:
- Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and mix again.
- Pour in dry ingredients and mix well, followed by adding milk.
- Once the dough has formed, add chocolate chips, mix again, and add vanilla essence.
- Flatten the dough to a height of 2 cm, then cut using a ring cutter.
- Bake the scone dough for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
