Ingredients

Scone Dough Ingredients:
  • 250 grams Low-Protein Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 50 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 75 grams Cold Butter
  • 100 grams UHT Liquid Milk
  • 40 grams Chocolate Chips
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions

Scone dough:
  1. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and mix again.
  3. Pour in dry ingredients and mix well, followed by adding milk.
  4. Once the dough has formed, add chocolate chips, mix again, and add vanilla essence.
  5. Flatten the dough to a height of 2 cm, then cut using a ring cutter.
  6. Bake the scone dough for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
