Ingredients
- 80 g Innova DipGlaze Matcha
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 210 g low-protein flour
- 1 g baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Green food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant color)
- Ganache for dipping
- Candy Sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix the main ingredients
Combine butter, powdered sugar, and Innova Dip Glaze Matcha. Stir until well mixed. - Add the egg and dry ingredients
Add the egg and mix well.
Then add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the dough comes together. - Add food coloring
Add a small amount of green food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed. - Shape the dough
Take the dough and shape it into Christmas tree cookies. - Bake
Bake in a 160°C (320°F) oven for 12–15 minutes or until fully baked. - Finishing touches
Once the cookies have cooled, dip the top part into the ganache and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
