Ingredients

  • 80 g Innova DipGlaze Matcha
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 210 g low-protein flour
  • 1 g baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Green food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant color)
  • Ganache for dipping
  • Candy Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix the main ingredients
    Combine butter, powdered sugar, and Innova Dip Glaze Matcha. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the egg and dry ingredients
    Add the egg and mix well.
    Then add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until the dough comes together.
  3. Add food coloring
    Add a small amount of green food coloring and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the dough
    Take the dough and shape it into Christmas tree cookies.
  5. Bake
    Bake in a 160°C (320°F) oven for 12–15 minutes or until fully baked.
  6. Finishing touches
    Once the cookies have cooled, dip the top part into the ganache and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
