Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- 5 Whole Eggs
- 100 grams Granulated Sugar
- 10 grams Innova Supersoft
- 80 grams Medium Protein Flour
- 20 grams Cornstarch
- 20 grams Powdered Milk
- 80 grams Margarine
- 20 grams Innova EKL
- 5 grams Pandan Paste
Coconut Filling:
- 100 grams Coconut O'fill
- 40 grams Water
- 25 grams Palm Sugar
Instructions
How to make:
- Combine all dry ingredients, eggs, and SP Innova Supersoft in a bowl, then mix until fluffy.
- Once the batter is fluffy and stiff, add the melted butter along with EKL and pandan paste, then stir with a spatula.
- Once the batter is smooth, pour it into a 26x26cm baking pan and bake in a 180° oven for 20-25 minutes.
- While waiting for the cake to bake, prepare the coconut filling using Coconut O'Fill, which is cooked with palm sugar and a little water.
- When the cake is done, remove it from the pan, place it on parchment paper, add the coconut filling, then roll it up.
