Ingredients
Cream cheese ingredients:
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams Yoghurt plain
- 17 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams whipped cream
Other materials:
- 4 digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 50 grams Croner Strawberry Pectin
- 50 grams Croner Blueberry Pectin
- Chockely Premium to taste (for garnish)
Instructions
How to make:
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture. Gently heat the cream cheese using the bain-marie (double boiler) method until it softens and becomes smooth. Add yogurt and icing sugar, then whisk with a mixer until well combined and creamy.
- Whip the Dairy Cream. In a separate bowl, whip the dairy cream until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and evenly blended.
- Pipe the Mixture. Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag. It’s now ready to be paired with Croner Selai Buah for layering.
- Assemble the Dessert. In a serving glass or cup, alternate layers of cream cheese mixture and Croner Selai Buah. Finish with a topping of crumble or crushed biscuits for added texture.
- Final Touch. For a beautiful presentation, garnish the top with chocolate decorations or shavings
