Ingredients

Cream cheese ingredients:
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams Yoghurt plain
  • 17 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams whipped cream
Other materials:
  • 4 digestive biscuits (crushed)
  • 50 grams Croner Strawberry Pectin
  • 50 grams Croner Blueberry Pectin
  • Chockely Premium to taste (for garnish)

Instructions

How to make:
  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture. Gently heat the cream cheese using the bain-marie (double boiler) method until it softens and becomes smooth. Add yogurt and icing sugar, then whisk with a mixer until well combined and creamy.
  2. Whip the Dairy Cream. In a separate bowl, whip the dairy cream until it thickens and forms soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Pipe the Mixture. Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag. It’s now ready to be paired with Croner Selai Buah for layering.
  4. Assemble the Dessert. In a serving glass or cup, alternate layers of cream cheese mixture and Croner Selai Buah. Finish with a topping of crumble or crushed biscuits for added texture.
  5. Final Touch. For a beautiful presentation, garnish the top with chocolate decorations or shavings
