Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- 12 Pieces Cream Crackers
- 200 gr UHT Liquid Milk
- 30 gr Granulated Sugar
- 1 gr Salt
- 25 gr Cornstarch
- 100 gr Chockely Premium
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- Combine UHT milk, granulated sugar, salt, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens like custard.
- Add the melted Chockely Premium and stir until smooth, creating a smooth chocolate custard.
- Remove from heat, let cool, and then refrigerate briefly to firm up the filling.
- Take one cream cracker and spread it with the chocolate custard, then cover with another cracker (like a sandwich). Repeat until used up.
- Beat the egg white. Dip the chocolate-filled cracker into the egg white until coated.
- Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the cracker until the outside is golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and drain. Serve warm to melt the chocolate filling.
