Ingredients

Dough Ingredients:
  • 12 Pieces Cream Crackers
  • 200 gr UHT Liquid Milk
  • 30 gr Granulated Sugar
  • 1 gr Salt
  • 25 gr Cornstarch
  • 100 gr Chockely Premium
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. Combine UHT milk, granulated sugar, salt, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens like custard.
  3. Add the melted Chockely Premium and stir until smooth, creating a smooth chocolate custard.
  4. Remove from heat, let cool, and then refrigerate briefly to firm up the filling.
  5. Take one cream cracker and spread it with the chocolate custard, then cover with another cracker (like a sandwich). Repeat until used up.
  6. Beat the egg white. Dip the chocolate-filled cracker into the egg white until coated.
  7. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the cracker until the outside is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from heat and drain. Serve warm to melt the chocolate filling.
