Ingredients
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 120 g eggs
- 15 g liquid milk
- 10 g cornstarch
- 10 g salt
- 1 g baking powder
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g honey
- 20 g vegetable oil
- 3 g Innova Cake Emulsifier
Instructions
How to Make:
- Preheat the oven to 160–170°C (320–338°F) and prepare cone-shaped molds.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until light, fluffy, and well-risen. Add the honey and mix well.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil, then mix until fully combined.
- Sift in the flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
- Add Innova Cake Emulsifier and mix again until the batter becomes smooth, stable, and well-emulsified.
- Divide the batter into two portions: keep one plain, and add green tea paste essence to the other.
- Pour the two batters alternately into the cone molds to create a marble pattern.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool, then remove from the molds.
