Ingredients
Dough Ingredients:
- Tart Crust
- 50g Margarine
- 50g Powdered Sugar
- 40g Egg Yolk
- 150g Medium Protein Flour
- 10g Water
- Layer 1
- 5g Chopped Peanuts
- 25g Innova Paste Hazelnut
- 6g Liquid Dairy Cream
- Layer 2
- 150g Whipped Cream
- 75g Innova Paste Hazelnut
- 5g Powdered Gelatin
- Garnish with Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Mix the margarine and powdered sugar with a spatula until well combined (do not overmix).
- Add the egg yolks and mix well.
- Add the medium-protein flour and mix until crumbly.
- Pour in the water and stir quickly until the dough forms a ball (do not overmix).
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm and press into an oval tartlet mold, crimping the edges.
- Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
- Bake at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
