Ingredients

Dough Ingredients:
  • Tart Crust
  • 50g Margarine
  • 50g Powdered Sugar
  • 40g Egg Yolk
  • 150g Medium Protein Flour
  • 10g Water

  • Layer 1
  • 5g Chopped Peanuts
  • 25g Innova Paste Hazelnut
  • 6g Liquid Dairy Cream

  • Layer 2
  • 150g Whipped Cream
  • 75g Innova Paste Hazelnut
  • 5g Powdered Gelatin

  • Garnish with Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine and powdered sugar with a spatula until well combined (do not overmix).
  2. Add the egg yolks and mix well.
  3. Add the medium-protein flour and mix until crumbly.
  4. Pour in the water and stir quickly until the dough forms a ball (do not overmix).
  5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm and press into an oval tartlet mold, crimping the edges.
  6. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
  7. Bake at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
