Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 225 g granulated sugar
  • 175 g eggs
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 2 g baking soda
  • 90 g milk powder
  • 345 g medium-protein flour
  • 90 g liquid milk
  • 2 g vanilla essence
  • 125 g cooking oil
  • 150 g Chockely Premium Compound, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Muffin Batter
  • Cream together butter and sugar until slightly fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla essence, then mix well.
  • Sift and combine all dry ingredients: flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the oil into the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Pour in the liquid milk and mix until smooth.
  • Finally, fold in the chopped Chockely Compound and mix evenly.
2. Assemble and Bake
  • Prepare a muffin tray and line it with paper cups.
  • Fill each cup about ¾ full with batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 25–30 minutes, or until the muffins rise and the tops turn golden brown.
  • Check for doneness using a toothpick — if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
