Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 225 g granulated sugar
- 175 g eggs
- 3 g salt
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 g baking soda
- 90 g milk powder
- 345 g medium-protein flour
- 90 g liquid milk
- 2 g vanilla essence
- 125 g cooking oil
- 150 g Chockely Premium Compound, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Muffin Batter
- Cream together butter and sugar until slightly fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla essence, then mix well.
- Sift and combine all dry ingredients: flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the oil into the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour in the liquid milk and mix until smooth.
- Finally, fold in the chopped Chockely Compound and mix evenly.
2. Assemble and Bake
- Prepare a muffin tray and line it with paper cups.
- Fill each cup about ¾ full with batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 25–30 minutes, or until the muffins rise and the tops turn golden brown.
- Check for doneness using a toothpick — if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
