1. Preparation
  • Remove Unclely Puff Pastry from the freezer and let it rest for 10–15 minutes until pliable. 
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 
  • Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper. 
2. Triangle Shaping
  • Unfold the puff pastry sheet. 
  • Cut it into squares, then cut each square diagonally to form triangles. 
  • Spread Croner Peanut Butter in the center of one side of each triangle, avoiding the edges. 
3. Folding & Pattern
  • Fold the pastry to form a perfect triangle. 
  • Seal the edges by pressing with a fork, creating a neat pattern and preventing leakage during baking. 
4. Finishing
  • Mix egg yolk with a little water or milk, then brush over the pastry surface (optional). 
  • Sprinkle Innova Choco Rice on top to taste. 
5. Baking
  • Arrange the pastries on the prepared tray, leaving space between each piece. 
  • Bake at 180°C for 18–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown. 
6. Serving
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
