1. Preparation
- Remove Unclely Puff Pastry from the freezer and let it rest for 10–15 minutes until pliable.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
2. Triangle Shaping
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet.
- Cut it into squares, then cut each square diagonally to form triangles.
- Spread Croner Peanut Butter in the center of one side of each triangle, avoiding the edges.
3. Folding & Pattern
- Fold the pastry to form a perfect triangle.
- Seal the edges by pressing with a fork, creating a neat pattern and preventing leakage during baking.
4. Finishing
- Mix egg yolk with a little water or milk, then brush over the pastry surface (optional).
- Sprinkle Innova Choco Rice on top to taste.
5. Baking
- Arrange the pastries on the prepared tray, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake at 180°C for 18–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
6. Serving
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
