Ingredients:
500 g Chockely Premium
Fillings:
- 300 gram Innova Diced Peanut
- 100 gram Croner Peanut Butter
Salted caramel:
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 40 g water
- 1 g salt
- 150 g dairy cream
- 60 gram Butter
Instructions
Filling:
- Coarsely chop the peanuts, then mix with peanut butter until evenly combined. Set aside.
Salted caramel:
- Cook the sugar and water over medium heat until it turns into caramel.
- Add salt and dairy cream, stirring continuously until well blended.
- Add the butter and mix until smooth. Let it cool completely before using.
Finishing:
- Melt the Chockely Premium Compound and allow it to cool slightly until the temperature decreases.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the mold, swirl it to coat all sides evenly, then pour out the excess chocolate. Let the shell set until firm.
- Fill the mold with the peanut mixture and salted caramel, pressing gently to compact. Cover the top with another layer of Chockely Premium Compound and refrigerate until fully set and firm.
