- Unclely Puff Pastry
- Cooked chicken fillet, shredded as needed
- Instant bolognese sauce, as needed
- Red bell pepper, sliced as needed
- Green bell pepper, sliced as needed
- Mozzarella cheese, as needed
- Parmesan cheese, as needed
Bechamel Sauce Ingredients:
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 250 g fresh milk
- Salt, as needed
- Pepper, as needed
- Chicken powder, as needed
Instructions
Prepare the Bechamel Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously until well combined and the raw flour smell disappears.
- Gradually pour in the fresh milk while stirring, then season with salt, pepper, and chicken powder.
- Cook until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
Prepare the Puff Pastry Base:
- Arrange Unclely Puff Pastry sheets on a flat baking tray.
- Place another baking tray on top to keep the pastry flat while baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread instant bolognese sauce and bechamel sauce evenly over the baked puff pastry.
- Add shredded chicken fillet and sliced red and green bell peppers on top.
Add the Cheese:
Generously sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the toppings.
Bake:
Bake again in the oven using top heat at 230°C until the cheese melts and the pizza turns golden brown.
Serve:
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
