- 1 egg

- 150 g milk
- 170 g water
- 20 g oil
- Green tea paste as needed

Matcha Custard Ingredients
- 120 g milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 15 g cornstarch
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 2 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 30 g Innova Dip Glaze Matcha
Instructions
How to Make the Risol Wrappers:
- Combine the all-purpose flour, tapioca flour, and salt.
- Add the egg, milk, and water gradually while stirring until smooth.
- Mix the oil with Innova Dip Glaze, stir well, then add it to the batter.
- Add green tea paste as needed and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
- Strain the batter for a smoother wrapper texture.
- Heat a non-stick pan and make thin wrappers like risol skins.
- Set aside and let cool.
How to Make the Custard:
- Combine the milk, egg yolk, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thickened.
- Add the butter and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Let the custard cool and rest until set.
- Once cooled, mix the custard with Innova Dip Glaze Matcha until well combined
How to Assemble the Risol:
- Take 1 risol wrapper.
- Fill with enough matcha custard.
- Fold and roll tightly.
- Dip the risol into beaten egg, then coat with flour.
- Roll in breadcrumbs mixed with Innova Dip Glaze until green in color.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
