- ½ sheet Unclely Puff Pastry
- 12 pieces cocktail sausages
- Cheddar cheese, as needed

Instructions
- Prepare the Puff Pastry:
• If the puff pastry is frozen, thaw it for about 10–15 minutes until pliable.
• Place it on a lightly floured surface. - Cut and Fill:
• Cut the puff pastry into 12 small rectangles (adjust the size to fit the sausages).
• Place one cocktail sausage on each piece.
• Add a bit of cheddar cheese on top or beside the sausage. - Roll:
• Roll the puff pastry to wrap the sausage and cheese completely.
• Place the seam side down to prevent it from opening during baking. - Brush & Sprinkle:
• Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
• Brush the tops with egg yolk for a glossy, golden finish.
• Sprinkle oregano for extra aroma and flavor. - Bake:
• Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top and bottom heat) for 20–25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. - Serve:
• Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
• Serve warm for the best flavor — with melted cheese and crispy puff layers.
