Ingredients
- 150 g whole eggs
- 70 g granulated sugar
- 9 g Innova Cake Emulsifier
- 30 g medium-protein flour
- 25 g milk powder
- 18 g cornstarch
- 60 g melted butter or margarine
- Innova Paste Hazelnut, as needed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the melted butter or margarine. Beat on high speed until the batter becomes thick, pale, and fluffy. Gradually add the melted butter, then gently fold using a spatula until fully incorporated.
- Prepare a 24 x 24 cm square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until the surface turns golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly. Spread Innova Paste Hazelnut evenly over the surface, then roll the cake tightly.
- Coat the entire surface with whipped cream, then cover evenly with toasted white sesame seeds for a nutty aroma and texture.
