Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- 200 g butter blend
- 100 g brown sugar
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 300 g medium-protein flour
- 1 g vanilla powder
- 5 g baking soda

Croner Peanut Butter (15 gr per cookies)

- Preparatio
1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat) or adjust according to your oven. - Making the Dough
1. Melt the butter blend, then whisk together with brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined. Use a mixer on low–medium speed for 2–3 minutes.
2. Add the egg and vanilla powder, and mix again until smooth.
3. Sift the flour and baking soda, then add them to the mixture. Stir using a spatula or mix on low speed until the dough comes together and no longer sticks to your hands. - Shaping the Cookies
1. Take 60 g of dough and flatten it slightly.
2. Place 15 g of Croner Peanut Butter in the center, then wrap and roll it into a ball.
3. Arrange the cookie dough balls on the baking tray, leaving enough space between each.
4. Gently press the top and sprinkle with Innova Diced Peanut for topping. - Baking and Finishing
1. Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes, or until the bottom edges are golden brown.
2. The top will still appear soft—this is normal for soft cookie texture.
3. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. The cookies will firm up slightly as they cool.
