Starter Dough Ingredients:
- 300 g bread flour
- 4 g instant yeast
- 10 g granulated sugar
- 300 g water

- 700 g bread flour
- All of the starter dough
- 120 g granulated sugar
- 60 g butter or margarine
- 10 g salt
- 350 g water
- 1 egg

Instructions for Starter Dough:
- Combine the bread flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, and water in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the starter ferment for 4 hours, or until bubbly and doubled in volume.
Instructions:
- Place the bread flour, starter dough, granulated sugar, water, and egg into a mixing bowl.
- Mix until the dough begins to come together.
- Add the butter (or margarine) and salt, then continue mixing until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
- Round the dough into a ball and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- Cut the dough into 8 × 8 cm squares.
- Arrange the dough pieces on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Proof until the dough has nearly doubled in size.
- Fry in oil at 160–170°C until both sides are golden brown.
- Drain and allow the donuts to cool slightly.
- Dip the top of each donut into Innova Dip Glaze.
- Finish with Innova Diced Peanut or Innova Choco Rice as desired.
