Ingredients
Waffle Ingredients:
- 600 g medium-protein flour
- 125 g granulated sugar
- 30 g baking powder
- 2 g salt
- 500 ml UHT milk
- 5 whole eggs
- Vanilla essence, as needed
- 50 g melted butter

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools such as a large mixing bowl, whisk, and waffle maker. Preheat the waffle maker until ready to use.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar and mix well until evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, lightly whisk eggs with UHT milk and vanilla essence until well combined. Add the melted butter and stir until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture while stirring gently with a whisk or spatula until the batter is smooth and lump-free. The consistency should be slightly thick, similar to pancake batter.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker with a bit of butter or oil to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle mold.
- Close the lid and cook for about 3–5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, depending on your waffle maker.
- Remove the waffles from the mold and serve warm. Top with ice cream, Innova Paste Chocolate, Innova Paste Hazelnut, Croner Pectin Strawberry, and a sprinkle of Innova Diced Peanuts for the perfect finishing touch.
