Ingredients

Waffle Ingredients:
  • 600 g medium-protein flour
  • 125 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g baking powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 500 ml UHT milk
  • 5 whole eggs
  • Vanilla essence, as needed
  • 50 g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools such as a large mixing bowl, whisk, and waffle maker. Preheat the waffle maker until ready to use.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar and mix well until evenly combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk eggs with UHT milk and vanilla essence until well combined. Add the melted butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture while stirring gently with a whisk or spatula until the batter is smooth and lump-free. The consistency should be slightly thick, similar to pancake batter.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle maker with a bit of butter or oil to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle mold.
  6. Close the lid and cook for about 3–5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, depending on your waffle maker.
  7. Remove the waffles from the mold and serve warm. Top with ice cream, Innova Paste Chocolate, Innova Paste Hazelnut, Croner Pectin Strawberry, and a sprinkle of Innova Diced Peanuts for the perfect finishing touch.
