- Vanilla essence, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare two cake pans of the same size. Grease lightly with butter or margarine and line the bottom with baking paper.
- Place the eggs, granulated sugar, cake flour, cornstarch, milk powder, vanilla essence, and Innova Cake Emulsifier into a mixing bowl.
- Using the all-in method, beat the mixture on high speed until it becomes pale, thick, fluffy, and reaches the ribbon stage.
- Divide the batter evenly into two portions.
- Add green food coloring to one portion and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
- Add yellow food coloring to the remaining portion and mix until evenly combined.
- Pour each batter into a separate prepared cake pan.
- Bake until both sponge cakes are fully cooked. Remove from the pans and allow them to cool completely.
- Place the green sponge cake as the bottom layer.
- Spread an even layer of Croner Jelly over the surface of the green sponge cake.
- Place the yellow sponge cake on top of the jelly layer and press gently so the two layers adhere neatly.
- Slice into the desired size and serve, or package for sale.
